Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Some jerseys are produced after an order is placed. Typical production time for Custom or Made-to-Order products is 7–15 business days unless a different production timeframe is specifically stated on the product page.

Production time and shipping time are separate. If an individual
product page lists a specific production timeframe, such as
7–12 business days, that product-specific timeframe applies.
A Made-to-Order product is not necessarily a personalized product. Personalized / Custom products contain customer-selected details such as a name or number, while some Made-to-Order items are simply produced after purchase.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is provided after your order has been dispatched. Depending on the destination and fulfillment route, tracking may update through more than one carrier during transit.
Some orders may arrive in more than one package when products are fulfilled separately.
30-Day Returns
Eligible standard products may be returned by submitting a return request within 30 days of delivery.
Returned products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with applicable tags or packaging retained.
Please request return authorization before sending anything back.

Change-of-Mind Returns
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges and expedited shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Custom & Personalized Products
Custom or personalized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has begun because they are produced according to customer-selected specifications.
This does not limit applicable rights for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protection laws.
Final Sale & Clearance Products
Products specifically marked as Final Sale or non-returnable Clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Where an individual product page contains a specific return condition, that product-specific information applies to that item.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to request an order change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests submitted within approximately 2 hours of ordering have the best chance of being accommodated, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment, preparation or custom production has begun.
