1.Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and most countries in Europe. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your region, feel free to contact us at support@buymoviejerseys.com.

2.How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and sizing.

Once dispatched, delivery time is approximately 3–12 business days based on your location and selected shipping method.

For customers in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and most of Europe, standard delivery usually takes 7–15 days. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Note: Limited Edition or Custom Jerseys may require extended processing times (see below).

3.How long do Special Customized and Limited Edition Jerseys take?

These products require additional production time. Please allow 7–15 business days for preparation. Delivery is typically completed within 20–25 days from the order date.

Please note that during the busy shopping season or holiday season( Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year etc.), order processing times may experience a slight delay of 1–3 business days, and shipping times may extend by 1–3 days depending on your location and local carrier operations.

4.Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we do ship to PO Box addresses.

5.Is expedited or overnight shipping available?

We offer expedited shipping via USPS, with delivery in 3–7 business days. However, overnight shipping is not available at this time. We appreciate your understanding.

6.Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, the order may have entered processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

7.Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us first to initiate an exchange.

8.What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
• Prepaid return labels are only provided for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Important: Customized items, Limited Edition releases, Clearance products, and Cosplay costumes are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
