📦 Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with BuyMovieJerseys. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be requested and approved before merchandise is sent to our Return Center.

✅ Eligible Returns

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and included accessories should be returned with the item where applicable.
• No restocking fee is charged on eligible returns.
• Change-of-mind return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and other shipping-related charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

📦 Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us before returning it. After the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

If the return is the result of an error by BuyMovieJerseys, you will not be responsible for the eligible return shipping cost.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale or Clearance items
• Customized or personalized products
• Limited Edition items identified as non-returnable
• Cosplay sets identified as non-returnable

Non-returnable status does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that may apply if an item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.

🧵 Made-to-Order vs. Personalized Products

Made-to-Order and Custom / Personalized products are not necessarily the same product type. A product is considered personalized when it is specifically customized with customer-requested details such as a name, number, or other personalization.

Made-to-Order products follow the return eligibility stated on the individual product page. Custom or personalized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns once customization or production has begun.

🔄 Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact our support team before sending anything back. Exchange eligibility is subject to the same return conditions above and product availability.

💳 Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing and posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

⏱️ Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible through Live Chat or customer support.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, production, personalization, or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible. Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled after customization or production has started.
