A Made-to-Order product is not necessarily a personalized product.
Personalized / Custom products contain customer-selected details such
as a name or number, while some Made-to-Order items are simply produced

Final Sale & Clearance Products
Products specifically marked as Final Sale or
non-returnable Clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind
returns.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to request an order change or cancellation, please contact
us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests submitted within approximately
2 hours of ordering have the best chance of being
accommodated, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment,
preparation or custom production has begun.
