Orders may be shipped from our fulfillment centers in California or overseas. Depending on product availability, destination, and fulfillment requirements, your order may be dispatched from the location best suited to complete delivery.

Understanding Processing, Production & Shipping Time
The total time required to receive an order may include more than one stage:

- Production Time – required only for Made-to-Order or Custom / Personalized products.
- Shipping Time – begins after the order has been dispatched to the carrier.
Delivery estimates shown below refer to the estimated shipping time after dispatch, unless otherwise stated.
Standard / In-Stock Products
Most standard products are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-Order and Custom / Personalized products require production before shipment. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Typical Production Time: 7–15 business days
If an individual product page states a different production timeframe, such as 7–12 business days, the timeframe shown on that product page applies.
After production is completed and the order is dispatched, the applicable Standard or Expedited shipping time begins.
Custom / Personalized and Made-to-Order products are treated as separate fulfillment types. Please review the individual product page for the specific production and fulfillment information that applies to your item.

Expedited Shipping Times

Order Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be associated with your order. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier first receives the package.
If you have received a tracking number but do not see an immediate update, please allow the carrier time to scan and activate the shipment.
Orders Shipped in Multiple Packages
Because products may be fulfilled from different locations, an order containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in more than one package. Separate packages may also receive separate tracking numbers.
Carrier, Customs & Peak-Season Delays
