Yes. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and most countries in Europe, as well as selected international destinations.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability, size and order volume.
After dispatch, standard delivery to the United States, Canada, Australia and most European destinations typically takes approximately 7–15 days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your destination, shipping method, customs processing and local carrier operations.
Custom jerseys: Personalized and made-to-order products require additional production time before shipment.
How long do customized jerseys take?
Customized and made-to-order jerseys require additional production time. Please allow approximately 7–15 business days for customization and preparation before shipment.
In most cases, a customized order is delivered within approximately 20–25 days from the order date, although delivery times can vary by destination and carrier.
Peak season notice: During busy shopping periods and major holidays, including Christmas, New Year and Lunar New Year, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days. Carrier delivery times may also experience short delays.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes. We can ship eligible orders to PO Box addresses. Please make sure your complete and correct PO Box address is entered during checkout to help avoid delivery delays.
Is expedited or overnight shipping available?
Expedited shipping is available for selected destinations and products where the option is shown at checkout.
Expedited delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Overnight shipping is not currently available.
Custom or made-to-order products still require their normal production time before expedited shipping begins.
Orders & Customization
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
Orders may generally be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, your order may already have entered processing or production and cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
For customized products, changes become more difficult once personalization or production has started.
Can I personalize a jersey with my own name and number?
Selected jersey styles are available with custom name and number personalization.
Available customization options are shown on the applicable product page. Please carefully check all spelling, numbers and customization details before submitting your order.
Personalized products are made specifically for your order and are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or we made an error with the customization.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or we shipped the incorrect product.
Please contact support@buymoviejerseys.com before returning an item so our team can provide the appropriate return instructions.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on eligible items. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition.
- Eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Prepaid return labels are provided only when an item is defective or the incorrect item was shipped.
- Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees and other shipping-related charges are non-refundable.
Final sale items: Customized or personalized products, clearance items and products specifically marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or where the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
