How long will it take to receive my order?
Most standard / in-stock products are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
After dispatch, estimated Standard Shipping times are:

What is the difference between processing, production and shipping time?
These are separate stages of an order:
- Processing Time — preparing a standard / in-stock product for shipment.
- Production Time — required for certain Made-to-Order or Custom / Personalized products.
- Shipping Time — carrier transit time after the order has been dispatched.
For example, a Made-to-Order jersey may require production first. Once production is completed and the order is dispatched, the applicable shipping estimate begins.
How long do Custom or Made-to-Order jerseys take?
Many Custom and Made-to-Order products have a typical production timeframe of approximately 7–15 business days before shipment.
Product-specific timing applies:
If an individual product page states a different production timeframe,
such as 7–12 business days, the timeframe stated
on that product page applies to that item.
Production time is separate from shipping time. After the item is completed and dispatched, the applicable Standard or Expedited shipping estimate begins.
Are Made-to-Order and Personalized products the same?
No. BuyMovieJerseys treats Made-to-Order and Custom / Personalized products as separate product types.
A Made-to-Order product may simply be produced after an order is placed and may not contain any customer-specific personalization.
A Custom / Personalized product includes customer-requested details such as a name, number or other personalization.
Product-specific production time and return eligibility are shown on the applicable product page.
Is expedited or overnight shipping available?
Expedited shipping is available for selected products and destinations where the option is shown at checkout.
Estimated Expedited Shipping after dispatch is:
- United States: 5–7 business days
- Canada: 5–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
- Australia: 5–7 business days
- Europe: 5–7 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–12 business days
Overnight shipping is not currently available.
Expedited shipping reduces carrier transit time.
It does not remove any required Custom or Made-to-Order production time.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes. Eligible orders can be shipped to PO Box addresses.
Please enter the complete and correct PO Box information during checkout to help avoid delivery delays or carrier issues.
Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information is provided when it becomes available for your shipment.
Carrier tracking may not update immediately after a tracking number is created. Please allow time for the carrier to receive, scan and activate the shipment.
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages and may receive more than one tracking number.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Delays may occasionally occur because of carrier operations, severe weather, customs processing, public holidays, peak shopping periods or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Major holiday periods such as Christmas, New Year and Lunar New Year
may result in additional processing or carrier delays.
Orders & Customization
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests should be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.
Please contact us as quickly as possible through Live Chat or customer support.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, production, personalization or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Custom / Personalized orders cannot normally be cancelled once
customization or production has started.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a size, shipping address, customization detail or another part of your order.
We will try to assist where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or production has started.
Can I personalize a jersey with my own name and number?
Yes. Selected jersey styles are available with personalized name and number options.
Available customization options are shown on the applicable product page.
Please carefully review spelling, numbers, capitalization and
other customization details before submitting your order.
Personalized products are produced using the information
submitted by the customer.
Do you offer bulk or group orders?
Selected products may be available for bulk orders, group purchases or wholesale enquiries.

How do I choose the correct jersey size?
We recommend comparing the measurements of a jersey or similar garment that already fits you well with the measurements shown in our Size Chart.
Jersey sizing can vary by sport, style and product construction, so please review the applicable measurements before ordering.
Can customer support recommend a size?

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on eligible products. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition.
- We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
- Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping costs.
- If we shipped an incorrect product or the item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees and other shipping-related costs are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Return authorization is required.

Which products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns?
Products that may be non-returnable include:
- Custom or personalized products
- Final Sale products
- Clearance products identified as final sale
- Limited Edition items identified as non-returnable
- Cosplay sets identified as non-returnable
Made-to-Order products are not automatically treated as personalized products. Return eligibility for a Made-to-Order product depends on the terms stated on the applicable product page.
Nothing in our store policy is intended to limit mandatory consumer
rights that may apply where a product is defective, incorrect

Can I send a return directly to your Return Center?
No. Please contact us and obtain return authorization before sending merchandise back.
Our Return Center address is publicly listed in our Return & Refund Policy, but merchandise should not be sent there without prior authorization. Unauthorized packages may be difficult to identify or process.
What if I receive the wrong, damaged or defective item?
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly customized or different from what you ordered.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so our support team can review the order.
If the problem is confirmed to be the result of our error, you will not be responsible for the eligible return shipping cost.
How are refunds issued?
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will review the return and notify you of the refund status.
