What is the difference between processing, production and shipping time?
These are separate stages of an order:
- Processing Time — preparing a standard / in-stock product for shipment.
- Production Time — required for certain Made-to-Order or Custom / Personalized products.
- Shipping Time — carrier transit time after the order has been dispatched.
For example, a Made-to-Order jersey may require production first. Once production is completed and the order is dispatched, the applicable shipping estimate begins.
How long do Custom or Made-to-Order jerseys take?
Many Custom and Made-to-Order products have a typical production timeframe of approximately 7–15 business days before shipment.
Product-specific timing applies:
If an individual product page states a different production timeframe,
such as 7–12 business days, the timeframe stated
on that product page applies to that item.
Production time is separate from shipping time. After the item is completed and dispatched, the applicable Standard or Expedited shipping estimate begins.
Are Made-to-Order and Personalized products the same?
No. BuyMovieJerseys treats Made-to-Order and Custom / Personalized products as separate product types.
A Made-to-Order product may simply be produced after an order is placed and may not contain any customer-specific personalization.
A Custom / Personalized product includes customer-requested details such as a name, number or other personalization.
Product-specific production time and return eligibility are shown on the applicable product page.
Is expedited or overnight shipping available?
Expedited shipping is available for selected products and destinations where the option is shown at checkout.
Estimated Expedited Shipping after dispatch is:

Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information is provided when it becomes available for your shipment.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?
