The jersey’s legit. You’ll never find one better for the price. There was some excess string on stitching but you can cut it or if you’re paranoid, tie it off and cut it.

Runs a little small in short size, really small in jersey sizes. Hockey jerseys should run large because even though people just wear them as a shirt, they should be sized as though the person was wearing pads. I.e. the fit of an XL hockey jersey should be equivalent to a 2XL shirt. Goalie jerseys are even bigger, an XL goalie jersey is equal to a 3XL or maybe even a 4XL shirt because goalies wear really thick pads.
I'm 6'1", 210 lbs. I initially ordered an XXL because I wanted the option to use it for Hockey over my gear, but 2XL was huge. I returned and got an XL. The body fits well now, however, the sleeves are a problem. They are too long, which isn't really a problem, but they're also too narrow. They won't fit over medium Bauer Supreme elbow pads. Of course, those elbow pads are quite bulky, but my other hockey jerseys have wide arms so they fit over pads no problem. I still like the jersey and will keep it. I just wish the arms fit like a real hockey jersey.

the stitching is strong. the fabric is thick. size fits as usual. i always wear a large, am 6' and 195 lbs, ordered a large and it fits well, the fabric of the neck sticks up a bit and is a little weird but no biggy. one problem, the sleeves are very long. they cover my hands all the way down to the tips of my fingers. they will need to be modified.

The letters and numbers are embroidered and the quality is befitting a jersey costing $100 or more. It even comes with a fight strap. Best part is I got this at a special discounted price of $14.69. You can't get a t-shirt for this price, let alone an NHL quality jersey. If you're a fan of the movie Slap Shot, or just a hockey fan in general, get this jersey. You won't be disappointed.

This is a heavyweight jersey, well-sewn, and true to colors as shown. Patches/logos/numbers all present as described. I would differ as to other descriptions stating this is sized well enough to accommodate pads and playing gear. To me, it runs true to size as a jersey, but it would be too small if I was wearing pads under it. This is a great fan jersey at an unbelievably great price.
